SEWP Overview
The NASA SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement), pronounced “soup”, provides the latest Information Technology, Communication, and Audio-Visual (ITC/AV) solutions and services for all Federal Agencies and their approved contractors. Created in 1993, SEWP I was the first Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) in the federal acquisition space. Originally, the contract vehicle provided only technology products for NASA and all other agencies. SEWP has continually evolved over the past 30 years, expanding its scope to meet the requests of its customers. The SEWP vehicle represents acquisition innovation within the Federal Government. The program is self-funded through usage fees (0.34%) and provides all Federal agencies with acquisition support — more than 50,000 orders a year.
NASA SEWP VI provides Federal Government customers with an efficient acquisition vehicle for obtaining technology products, solutions, and associated services. All products and services offered through AEG’s SEWP VI contracts must be available on the applicable SEWP contract and database of record at the time of quotation and order.

How to obtain a quote by email to sewprfq@aeg-group.com
Federal customers may request a quote through the NASA SEWP Quote Request Tool (QRT), by email to sewprfq@aeg-group.com, or through the quote request form on this site. Requests should include a bill of materials or statement of requirement, the requesting agency, the required delivery date, and the applicable SEWP category. AEG will confirm receipt and state the period for which the quote remains valid.
AEG will only quote products and services available on the applicable SEWP VI contract and in the SEWP database of record at the time the quote is issued.
Installation, warranty, technical and software support
AEG coordinates warranty, installation, technical support, software support, returns, replacements, and other post-delivery matters with the appropriate manufacturer or service provider. Basic warranty is the manufacturer’s standard warranty for the item supplied. Extended warranty and installation services are quoted as separate line items where they are within the scope of the applicable SEWP VI category.
Contact the SEWP VI Program Manager or Deputy Program Manager above for any post-delivery issue. AEG will acknowledge the request and identify the responsible manufacturer or service provider.
Troubleshooting a problematic order
For a delayed, incomplete, incorrect or damaged order as well as for any other order issues please contact sewporders@aeg-group.com and cc: ally.veres@aeg-group.com or catherine.lantvit@aeg-group.com referencing the SEWP order number.
Order modifications must also route through the NASA SEWP Program Management Office (PMO).
A.1.13 Fair Opportunity and Requests for Quotes
Orders under SEWP VI are subject to fair opportunity requirements in accordance with FAR 16.505(b), including use of the NASA SEWP RFQ tools as applicable. AEG will only quote products and services available under its applicable SEWP VI contract and in accordance with SEWP ordering and pricing requirements.
